Serious question: a lot of the strat. forums on 2+2 have their own heads-up tournaments and leagues (HUSH has HULA, Micro has CHUMP, there was another started in general, etc.) Would this be usuable for these leagues?

absolutely.

and as far as the structure questions, we can set up anything we wanted. it would be total freedom to create any tables, tourneys or rings that everyone wanted at any time.

btw, this would have nothing at all to do with doyle's army, but doyle's army could do whatever the plan is for the wsop seats etc through a zoo co-op room if he chooses.
