1. Because GT+ depends on hand histories being imported into PT, sometimes the stats can lag behind, especially for sites where HH's are imported via email. Displaying the screen name assures you that the stats you see are for the correct person.
2. The table stats should already be on the screen. You're not seeing them?
3. The icon should also be there, but it only shows icons for players that have been autorated. It doesn't show the default icon.

Let me know about 2 & 3. If there's a problem, I want to know about it.

1) The how about adding the players nick OVER their box instead of under? Its just screen clutter otherwise. I import my HH every 2 mins now that I no longer need to keep PT's main window open, I only leave it open for the importing features. OR as I previously requested, make it a preference that can be turned off.

2)Not seeing them [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I only see them on the application's window.

3)Ahh! Thats probably why. PlayetView.Net includes the default icon, I just assumed it would be the same.

PS: I started getting error messages every min or so. I'll try to do a screen capture, please PM me your email so I can send.

For me very important stats like aggression factor on each street and checkraise isnt possible to get. Will they be? And will it be possible to use 2 databases at same time, cause I got stats on same players in different bases?

I was 4-tabling on Party with version 1.2 and the screen is very cluttered. The stats seem to be in the way several times, either covering up buttons or cards or how much they have left.

An option to show all, show part or show none of the name would be helpful.

I want to do what I can to make the program more useful. I can add an option to remove the screen name, even though I wouldn't recommend using it, and I personally wouldn't use it, especially when 4-tabling, since you won't notice when players come and go, and you don't want to make decisions based on stats for the previous player in that seat. Bad data is worse than no data.

The other option, shortening the name, won't help, unless I combine the shortened name with the other stats on the same line. Otherwise, a shortened name still causes the rectange to take up the same space, since the list of stats is usually longer than the name. Unless I make the shaded background not a rectangle, but rather it's only shaded where there's actually text.

What do you think?

Now, if the boxes are getting in the way, there are a few things you can do.
1. You can drag them someplace out of the way.
2. You can select icon-only for some players, for example, for players whose stats you already know because you've played before.
3. Use a smaller font.
4. Hide your own stats.

Actually, I don't believe PlayerView modifies any of the Party Poker Files. Some users such as myself, have created modified images to rid the screen of clutter and to serve as a guide to what the numbers mean.

After trying both, I slightly prefer playerview right now. The fact that all the stats are on one line in Gametime+ makes it very hard to read. Also, each statistic can be a unique color in Playerview which is very helpful and makes it much easier to read. My screen looks like a christmas tree, but it makes perfect sense to me now...

I do like the fact that Gametime has stats on me, and my table statistics... (I assume that is stats about my play at that particular table...)

I also really like the rollover feature... I couldn't fit Check Raise % on my playerview layout, but there are a few times I wish I could look it up quick if I wanted to. That would be a great feature to incorporate into playerview.

For ease of setup, gametime+ is certainly a quick solution. With a bit of effort in the layout manager, I think Playerview is more valuable tool right now though.

I'm referring to PlayerView .65 And Gametime+ 1.3

I'm now going to try running them both at the same time with a very minimized Gametime+ so I can still get the advantage of rollovers but with the customized display of playerview!

Using the latest version, and with the ability of changing the fontsize I don't know if you need to do much with the name. I am using font size 7 and I can read it fine and the stats don't seem to take too much room.
