Re: AK ragged board
I don't understand the discussion here. You're going against two opponents (both of whom have shown a reasonable amount of strength pre and post flop i.e. the 3 betting and leading out from the blind along with the cutoff cold callling) on a coordinated board. Too many times CO will have TT/JJ or Ace rag with the rag paired and i don't even want to consider the hand range of the blind. You have two reasonable outs (the two non-heart kings). K of hearts and an ace is dubious cards. Pre-flop you had reasonable winning chances - those are now gone. No need to spew.

Re: AK ragged board
I'm not real dubious about our A or K outs. I think 4 outs is a good estimate here.

Re: AK ragged board
i really don't get your question.
[ QUOTE ] He will call to river with any pair [/ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] After CO calls I am sure that he has a pair too [/ QUOTE ] so betting isn't for value, so what's the point? |

Re: AK ragged board
Fine...four outs still isn't worth a bet. And i'm cringing while i call the rivered ace of hearts.

Re: AK ragged board
check and then reevaluate after. It looks like you have odds to peel one off...but being raised or check raised here sucks

Re: AK ragged board
Here is the rest how I played:
Turn: (9.20 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, BB calls. River: (12.20 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) BB checks, Hero checks, CO checks. Final Pot: 12.20 BB Results in white below: BB has Js Kh (one pair, fives). Hero has As Kd (one pair, fives). CO has 3s 3d (two pair, fives and threes). Outcome: CO wins 12.20 BB. I got this grinn when I saw CO's hand. Do you get it too . |

Re: AK ragged board
Given your reads, the turn seems a pretty easy check.
