Re: calling this sexy now?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] It hinges on whether he bets KQ. [/ QUOTE ] Would you bet with KQ? [/ QUOTE ] I would have 3-bet the turn with KQ. In this spot, yeah I would bet the river and fold to a c/r. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] It hinges on whether he bets KQ. [/ QUOTE ] dont forget all the times hes hell bent on calling down with his jacks [/ QUOTE ] I included JJ. Also included all 77-QQ minus 99. It's just quick math in my head but I'm pretty sure it depends on if he bets KQ/KJs. He doesn't have to call a raise with them, just bet [/ QUOTE ] Im confused by this... |

Re: calling this sexy now?
Terrible spot for it. The only hands this works against are AQh and AJh, which if he's decent he won't have bet the turn with anyway.

Damn it, I forgot to consider the A in hero's hand when calculating combos. Scratch my contributions. Betting is much better.

Re: calling this sexy now?
You guys don't think he will valuebet KQ or KJ? He will definitely bet if he has an ace in his hand. I don't think he calls a river bet with QQ-77. How many hands would raise me when I CR'd the flush? AA sometimes, but I think that's it.

Re: calling this sexy now?
Yes, he'll value bet KQ/KJ but he is folding it to a CR.
I think you collect a bet ~100% if you just bet out from KQ/KJ. Check, and it risks being checked through. Check, and he bets, he folds it to the CR. You gain 1 bet but risked it being checked behind. Plus, if he has a strong hand you check raise he calls, but if you bet he raises you 3-bet. |

You guys don't think he will valuebet KQ or KJ? [/ QUOTE ] nope. he was already scared of the flush, now with the ace out there too he just wants to see a showdown, whether he has any rational reason to fear the ace or not. [ QUOTE ] I don't think he calls a river bet with QQ-77. [/ QUOTE ] I think he does with TT-QQ, probably not with 77 and 88. |
