If you haven't already done so, I would just start drinking heavily. Alcohol triggers that thing in your brain that controls courage, and you will feel more comfortable talking to people. Just get a flask and take it wherever you go. Maybe this will help with your courage problems, and if it doesn't, it will eventually kill you anyway. Good luck!
