Yeah well I used a bank account from Canada so it's probably why or maybe they just forgot it : I'll wait a couple of days and see.

Thanks for the specification on the odds question.

Question though, wouldn't playing more than 1 hand at a time affect my odds a little (positively and negatively depending on the situation) as more cards aren't in the deck when I could need them.

No... First, Casino on the Net, and most online casinos shuffle every hand making card counting impossible. Second, like you said, it would effect your odds positively and negatively equally, meaning it wouldn't. Its like saying that having more players at a B&M blacjack table somehow affects the odds of each player, it doesn't.
As for cashins, Casino on the net in my experience is lightning quick to buy in, but takes forever and a day to cashout from (I think it took me like 2-3 weeks to get my money).

It increases your variance, however. It's quicker just to raise your bet size if you are going to play multiple hands.

I would think that playing 3 hands at once at $1 a piece would be lower variance than playing 1 hand at $3, what am I missing?

Nothing. You are exactly right. But it does have higher variance than playing just a single hand at $1.
