don't raise 7x preflop with 99 (I don't raise 7x preflop with anything unless a bunch of people limped--since that was your standard raise I guess it's okay but I would think at those limits it's better to slowplay that and hope you hit your set vs someone's top pair/overpair and take the whole stack) [but whatever works do it]

you have to fold that after a reraise especially since you don't have any implied odds to hit a set
