My first day, played 200 hands exactly and am up $310.

Did also play a $50+5 sng and a $30+3 MTT, but am keeping these out of my OIC. (Won the Sng though [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I might post some hands in appropriate forums later, and will also figure out when to go to next level.
Didn't have any big swings today.

Congrats on your good first day. $1500 @ 5-10 is too low for my liking, but as long as you set a cutoff point(say $1000) for dropping down to 3-6, it'll probably be ok. Good luck and keep us updated!

Crypto is twice as soft as party, in my experience. I believe Prima is softer than party as well. People keep talking about how soft Party is, but I've never found any really juice games there, at least not compared to the casino sites. Sure, the reloads and bonuses are great, but they just don't have the softest games.

Down slightly today standing at 652 total hands and 1500+288.50.

I played quite a bit shorthanded today, so saw some up wait, downs, as I was down to my original 1500, however worked myself back up in the end.

Played 2 new non OIC 50+5 limit SnG's and got a 1st and a 2nd, but am not blaming playing those as a second table for my inability to win today, I actually played a few hands bad, calling when I shouldn't and hanging in to long in a few pots.

I am losing money on my good hands, AA, QQ and TT are all in my top 5 losing hands, but I know they will come through for me later [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I saw you playing 5/10 short at Party months ago? Whats up with you starting over with 1500? Did you hit a major cold streak or did you have a 100BB roll when you did this?

That's the whole point of the OIC. Or at least it was for the first one back in Novemeber or whenever. I started my OIC with a 50 BB bankroll and it grew at every level I progressed of course, but it was still only 125 BB's when I reached 15/30 (a little higher because of minor overgain on every level).

I agree with Cup's that $1500 is to low, as I want to play with 98% probability against ruin.

However I do not have the stats to calculate my exact starting needs, so I just chose $1500 as it was a convenient number for me to use for the OIC.

For my next level I will have enough data though.

I do also have a nice non OIC bankroll.
