Odd - U.S. amazon says re-issue is coming out January 1, 2005. I wonder if it will be significantly revised from Cardsmith edition.

Probably not, I know the Cardoza re-issue of Cloutier/McEvoy's Championship series was identical.

No Limit Texas Hold'em. New player's guide
by Tom McEvoy and Brad Daugherty

This is the best single book avaliable today for SNG poker. It is mostly about NL tournament play and has a section adapted directly from Championship satellite strategy which makes specific reference to SNG poker. If you are thinking of buying Championship satellite strategy, it is pretty good, but the New player book will serve you much better.

I have not read the Harrington book yet, and I imagine it will be pretty good. I hear that he breifly touches on SNG play in that book but only for a page or two.

Regards
Brad S

Edit - I should add a caveat to what I have written above. The Advice in the McEvoy/Daugherty book is pretty basic, but I still feel that the average player new to NL SNGs would benefit from it, even if they are already a very experienced limit ring player.
