They are not offering them online but I believe every Walmart is opening midnight to sell these and check with your local bestbuy also. The bestybuy near me is opening at midnight and are getting 50 of them in. If I get there at 1ish I dont see how I wont get at least one.

Gamasutra is reporting that the Xbox360 launch will be "gradual." I'd say you will be able to do quite a bit of marking up the price for sale on ebay.

I won one of these from Pepsi (I should actually get it a few days before release).
Considering selling it on ebay, I went to a video game store and asked if pre-orders were sold out and they said they were. The guy said that they were and it would be hard to get one at launch, however he said the same thing happened with the original Xbox but as soon as 10 days after release it was quite easy to get them. He wasn't sure if that would be the case this time around though, especially given the holiday season.

Ebay has about 1500 listings for preorder sales right now. Is it already too late? Will I still be able to move these after Tuesday for a decent profit?

yeah i'm waiting in line for 6 hours at walmart and then going to target at 6 to pick up another one, they'll limit it to one per customer, i expect to make 150-200 a pop
