[ QUOTE ]
Why not wait 'til the turn to see if a 4th spade comes? [/ QUOTE ] Good Point, I honestly did not see that it was three spades on the flop. I would not go to the felt with that board, but I would not be afraid to give some action. Especially on the turn. |

I like the way you played this hand. Ive seen players like that play As-Qx like that many times. The comment on the end is probably B.S. I think you got him beat.

you've described him as a good post flop/thinking player so the important question is how he views you. If he views you as possibly someone is fairly by the book not out of line (which usually takes the money in socal) I don't think he'd bet a hand that you beat on the river.

He had AA. He later claimed one was the As but when he turned them over, I thought I saw AcAd. It makes more sense that he didn't have the As, since his turn 3bet means he put me on it + a pair or something.

Villian open-raises from MP - this indicates he has anything except unsuited unconnectors. 2 tight-predictable coldcallers, SB (unknown) calls, I make a bad call in the BB with QTo. [/ QUOTE ] Guy raising any 2, a couple of predictable opponents, and 9-1 closing the action...why would you fold here? |

It took all of that to call...I hate calling QTo in the BB. |
