Check the flop. Reraise all in if he bets. He might slowplay AA and give you a free card. He might hold suited cards too. If he does not put you on a A he will bet and call anyway. If he strongly suspects you to hold an A you win a little more money. He might fold AK to the "obvious" set.

I hate just open pushing, It looks exactly like a draw, which is basically what you have assuming he has a better ace. Pair +flush draw is powerful but it is less powerful if you are sharing that pair with an opponent, which you basically are. You probably just have your flush outs and 9 outs good, which is slightly less good than having your ace outs also be good. You need the fold equity of the bet, 3 bet I think, because that makes your hand look more like a set. Just my .02.
