I really like the way villain played this hand. He put me to a decision on laying down an obviously good hand without giving any information about his own.

I went all in here because it looked so much like a bad player with AK/AQ/KQ. In hindsight I can't see many hands playing this way against a pf/flop raiser except a set or a J.

Later noticed that every time Villain bets he bet the pot. I'm beginning to think it's an excellent strategy at these levels, it puts your opponent to a decision and gives nothing away.

OK, well I'm still not decided on that one. It's a highly intimidating play and I've seen a lot of big pots go to these players over time, people start calling with hands they shouldn't and get punished for it. Obviously good read skills are needed though.
