Re: Maximum extraction in huge pot
[ QUOTE ]
Would you lead out here or check raise knowing that it will be at least raised if not re-raised by the time it gets back to you. [/ QUOTE ] If you know that it will be raised and reraised, you may as well get the party started. If you're worried about disguising your hand, a bet out does the job better than a cold cap. |

Re: Maximum extraction in huge pot
I didnt notice it was 5/10. I have to think they would be a little more aggro and less likely to fold to aggression when they are the ones being aggro. Betting the flop is a viable option since anyone with a flush draw is coming anyway and they would be right to call for 3 cold I think. Since you cannot protect your hand on the flop or the turn (had you not made your hand) I would have immediately started raising with a check/3-bet on the flop.
I would try to cap the flop and lead the turn. Once you boat up cap everywhere. Only click bet or raise post flop after the initial check. |
