Hands like this are bittersweet, although this one's really bitter. But you played perfectly and your opponents played terribly...what more can you ask for?

I have the ace of hearts... If my opponent draws out to a flush draw on the turn, I have a re-draw to a full-house and to a bigger flush...

Hey, someone mentioned it, so I thought I'd see if anyone had comments. Obviously, I thought there was no way in hell I wasn't going to cap every round.

Look at the action...he's just been calling the whole way. If he was going nuts on the earlier streets than you could put him on a set and go multiple bets on the river. |

If it was uncapped on the river, id probably go 7bets before i decide that this guy is a retard and i hafta give him credit for 35. [/ QUOTE ] BB has checked twice and called four times since the flop. Now the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] hits and suddenly he loves his hand. You *know* he's done something terrible, it's just a question of what. The straight is not runner-runner. Your hand is no surprise to anyone after two checkraises and a turn cap. I'd be very unhappy when I saw the river 4-bet. I certainly wouldn't think I had 2-1 odds necessary to test my hope that I wasn't raising against the nuts. |
