No, you never mentioned a fold, but you asked "what do you think and what do you do" which implies that more than one action is possible. As for what I think, generally I don't waste time putting my opponent on a hand when I know I'm calling regardless. I think I'm ahead here and I don't really care how far ahead I am.

this hand has no reads, it plays itself. If you think he slow played KK here , he could slow play AA the same donky way.

call and call. Situation A more likely that player has a set of 2's then set of K's since he limped in late position. If he got KK there I will always go broke in this situation. He might also be semi-bluffing with a flush draw if he knows that you are aware of his table image and think he can get you to fold something like A-K or K-Q.

Siuation B is clear call because a loose aggressive player could move in here with top pair or a flush draw.
