I realized this when posting and I should have not assumed that the first three limpers would call. Considering this hand is 10 handed, I think the limpers will just call (Somewhat loose table). Unless one gets cute with a limp, re-raise. I suppose he could glance over to his left and see others about to throw in their lone red chip or whatever if he needs to verify he's getting 19:1. I would still call at 16:1 FWIW.

I actually think this preflop call is a no brainer.

EDIT: You'll flop an OESD or made straight 11.2% (8:1) of the time. Add to that the unlikely possibility you'll flop a full house, trips or 2 pairs. Being given 1:16 (probably 1:19) this must be an EASY call.
