Re: What is your rent?
$300/month (my portion) shared with 1 roommate. good sized two bedroom on 8th floor with huge windows and a decent view.
but i'm moving into my own place next month, $675/month but it's worth it to have my own place. |

Re: What is your rent?
$825/month, total, for a three-bedroom, one-bath in Tyler, Texas, across from TJC. Elementary school right around the corner; kids, old people, and tall trees everywhere, just the way I like it. Nearly ideal, except for my third roommate, and the fact that I live in [censored] Tyler.

Re: What is your rent?
What is the status of NYC rent control? They got rid of it in Boston/Cambridge awhile back.

Re: What is your rent?
$3300 a month + utilities
3 br with big dining room and living room, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer. The place is not in the best shape, but not terrible either. In Park Slope in Brooklyn, half a block from the park and 5 minute walk from the subway/restaraunts/etc.. No parking, and parking is a pain in my neighborhood. My block is really quiet when it isn't garbage day. |
