Already had 1000 calories today (16:40). Have major hunger pains for the first time in a long while. This is my first big test. Need to get through to dinner without eating anything (2 hours).

Ate about half of what I usually eat yesterday plus did kick boxing that I usually don't do on Monday. Tipped the scales a whole half pound lighter this a.m. Damn, this isn't going to be easy.

Great thread for us fatties. I cut out all soda long ago (except for the occasional one if I was at work or something) and drink Crystal Light. But I can't kick the pizza. It calls to me.

Avoid the following foods
high fructose corn syrup
hydroginated oils
soy protein
poly unsaturated fats (vegetable fats)
refined flours
beans
potatoes
cashews
peanuts
dairy (in moderation)
sugar and fake sugars

And you'll be there in no time
