1. 360 posts. Damn 1K posts is tough. I'm not ever sure it would be better that taking on students in terms of self improvement.

2. 20 hours each week like clockwork.

3. I got coached. It went well. I learned a couple new things. My coach doesn't want to coach anyone else. He was a virgin before me and I gave him too rough a ride. So don't bother asking who he is.

I think one of the things I'm going to do to improve this month is read and post in Mid/High. I rarely would give the same advice as posters there and I think I can learn from the differences.

Well, due to an amazing last day of sept I actually was +$ for the month, just to amend.

1. 17kish hands so far - will get some more in before the end of the month. I blame the split for my poor performance.
2. Yup, posting + learning.
3. +1.02 BB/100. I hate that it's my "hot" month.

(1): definitely much more aware than a month ago...give myself a solid B on this one.

(2): multi-tabling HU games against a bunch of over-aggros, while definitely -EV, helped enormously with this. B+.

2.) Worst month of poker ever. It sucked because i ran at something like -3.46 BB/100 at 100-200 over a decent number hands, i hate having the worst run of cards ever when you try to move up. In any event, months like this one happen, at i've decided to take it easy and stick around the 30 for a while, poker is not worth getting overly stressed about.
