I just deposited the max and didn't automatically get the bonus. Gave them a call and it took all of 10 seconds for it to show up. For the lazy : +1 (800) 852-4719 (Toll Free from US/CAN)

do they have everything worked out and bonuses are being added automatically, or do you still have to email them at this point late into the deposit period. I'm gonna deposit tomorrow but just wondering.
