Its all about whole wheat and supps.
Don't eat many carbs that are bleached wheat (white bread, pasta) or simple carbs (sugar). Make most of your carbs whole wheat (whole wheat bread, brown rice). You can still eat a lot of carbs, just make sure they mostly whole wheat. You can also still eat a lot as long as you eat really clean (low fat, healthy food).
I also recomend the following supplements: -ZMA: naturally raises testosterone levels at night -Carnitine: transfers long-chain fatty acids into energy -CLA: Raises metabolism levels.

165 in 30 hours --- way to go! -- you just need about 300 more replies & you'll have the title (that matador-thing will be really proud of you [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] === Of course, there's going to have to be an official "weighing committee" right...? Afterall, we're talking in the neighborhood of $5,000+++ if you don't budge an ounce.
