Does anyone actually want to hear the commentator's philosophy of Omaha tournaments? The game I'm trying to follow played a whole hand while they were talking about it.
This is a great idea, but someone needs to spell out the concept.

Denny just said we should have an all 2+2 or a 2+2 versus RGP match play game on "Live at Bike". Might be too tough a game - if we do we need like six blinds to promote action

Actually, at the Bike we've had some 2+2 get-togethers that worked out pretty well.

One time a couple years back I hijacked Dynasty and Clarkmeister and along with Hero we joined a 3/6 Crazy Pineapple after midnight (but before the bar closed). We all bought in around $400 then decided that wasn't enough and brought our racks up to $1000 or so. Dynasty, a first time player, won about $900. Our end of the table had about 45 racks but I was the fish

A few months later Hero and I hosted a 3/6 mix game with Jim Rivett, Ed Miller, Gabe, Dynasty, Clarkmeister, Andy Fox, mike l., and Josh W.. Favorite game was invented by Andy Fox, Four Card Pineapple High Only discard after the flop and after the turn. I think it was called either "Crazy Fox" or "Foxy Pineapple" (can't remember - the martinis are kicking in )

Tommy Angelo has also graced us with his presence when the NL section was just getting started. As usual, he folded all his blinds.

Hey Denny, when do you expect the final table for this C4C tournament to start, and if it goes past 10pm Pacific, will it continue to be streamed?

Kevin...

Yeah, I suspect the game would be just leeeetle different with 2+2 and rgp regulars. Except when 64o went up against K3.

Default going to california

I'm serious about trying to get out there. I finish grad. school here in a month and should have some free time. I have a friend who lives out there (actually, the guy that got me into poker) that I promised I would visit.

I do expect a Martini (and Kabobs) from Rick and a comment about the food from Denny.

AHAHHAHAHA...Denny and his "hit and run". Punk!
