When I got the bonus elapsed message at MultiPoker. The raked hands from when I complained to when they fixed it did NOT count. So I would expect it to be a manual process if they did do it. They also changed my "start time" to when they fixed it, and not when I deposited...
BTW, they fixed it without complaint but also without confirmation (I just checked and it was fixed). |
