as for advice, schnieds said it best:
'i never think about how much i won or lost in a session, i just resort to how long i played and how many bb/100 i win, and think that'

ex: 500 hands of 3/6 at 2bb/100 = $60 won, even if you lost 400 or won 2000.

This was publlished in cardplayer and the poster should not have copied an entire copyrighted article into a post like that especially without the copyright notice. Taking the trouble to find a link and posting it would have been enough. I too collect articles in my personal database for my own personal use, but out of respect for the authors I also copy the copyright notice.
