Was it that quick? I though it took a month or so.

Anyhow, I don't doubt that CM had an influence in getting it changed back. What other reasons would they have to start allowing it again?

yah. it was actually a bit under 2 days from when he sent out the newsletter. only reason i ever doubted that meister was solely responsible is because CR is so huge. however, nobody like to be semi-rouged like that and i think that CR got as much pressure from MG as they did from CM. the combination of the 2 is probably why it happened so quickly.

Capt Cooks POKER room isn't paying their cashouts either, at least not mine, and I never played their casinos. Usually it takes 2-3 days. I've been trying for a week now.

synergy- i was having this problem too, it was because of not getting through the bonus requirement. they just put the $ back in my account. it's weird too- if you make a withdrawel and leave some in that could have been withdrawn, then do another bonus, they start you over withthe raked hands requirements. kind of lame. i've emailed them so many times over that problem. eventually have gotten $ though.

You can't take the attitude of "It's MY money! I won it fair and square! These were YOUR rules so give me all of MY money that I won."

They have your money and the best you can hope for is that they will be fair and give it back (including your winnings).
Some of these places really do view just playing for the bonus to be similar to cheating and have ZERO qualms with keeping your money.
Since they are the ones holding your money you would be wise to do what is necessary to make it look like you are an actual 'gambler' who just wants to get lucky.

To that end, playing beyond the bonus requirement on some -EV games like 3-card poker or whatever is a good idea at some of these places.
Not cashing-out right-away is also a good idea.

I don't think you have any idea what you're talking about.

My accounts were frozen at Captain cooks and Casino Classic and I didn't try to cash out right away. I was LOSING at Casino Classic and my account was frozen. I didn't do anything wrong. I followed the T&C on their web site. Do they have the right to do anything they want with MY money? Obviously, but will they? Should they? Party could confiscate funds if they wanted and you would be the first to start bitching, but there is isn't a damn thing you could do about it, because there is no overseeing agency. Would it be right? Of course not, but it's their business.

When you get $900 of your money frozen up with unanswered e-mails and no explanatons, except that we're going to do an audit, I've got a hunch your attitude would change real quick.

In the meantime I wish people would stay out of threads like this who don't have any facts. I know that would hurt their post count, but it would do a lot toward relieving the clutter and misinformation.

I read the thread about their casinos Granny. I think its sad they decided to not pay their legit poker room cash outs because they are having casino problems.

8 days and waiting now for me, rediculous, and no email feedback or explanations. Only the no ones in that department, but when they come back they will contact you excuse.
