What I have eaten today:

Mid morning had two Muller rice pots @ 450 Kcal
Lunch had Low fat Chicken Fajita wrap & 80g Sushi @ 405 Kcal
1 Grapefrut @ 100 Kcal
1 Mum's (dry) Roast chicken with brown pasta, bit of broccoli and cabbage @ ~ 625 Kcal
1 Glass Tomoto Juice @ 100 Kcal
Lots of water @ 0 Kcal

Total 1675 Kcal

Exercise, about 1 mile in walking. Active throughout day.

Overall, a good day. Don't feel too hungry. If I can keep @ 1675 per day and mix in a bit of exercise, I should get close to 42lbs in 24 weeks.

1 day to the good guy.

Good Luck Partygirl... I'm in the same boat....but my boat is riding much lower in the water than yours is... I'm 6'1" and currently weigh 285... This is down from 305 at the begining of Jan..

I've noticed a bunch of people saying cut the soda....does this include all soda or only the sugar filled type?

I've also noticed a lot of "drink green tea" posts around here the past few weeks... Can I just go to the store and buy a box of liption green or celestial seasoning's or is this stuff crap....

...but 14 pounds won't make a noticeable difference (i.e. don't expect more guys to give you a second look, etc.). If you really want to make a change in your life, try to get to 150 lbs. by this time next year.
