Unless it was a mass hallucination, as about 8 or so people saw and commented on it every time it happened... no.
She only did it once in front of TG. She thought is was funny and said "I think she wants you." but stayed close by the rest of the night. What the female equivalent of co*k blocking? Tuna net?

This kind of subconscious horniness doesn't even require another person.
In college I did a lot of sitting around long wooden tables. One year there was this quirky short hot chick in several of my classes who, whenever she was excited by an idea we were discussing or zoning out and not paying attention, would push her amble tatas into the edge of the table and sloooowly glide them fatties back and forth. Paradoxically, I received straight As that year. She was a super-repressed virgin Catholic also, if I remember correctly, making this move even hotter. It's not that unusual...it's just that guys are much less subtle...When we get hot we just start grinding our junx into everything, first and foremost into the object of our lust.

What guys rub their junk up against people in public? I've never seen a guy give a broad the tea-knee (tea-knee: n. the act of planting your scrot on a seated woman's knee)when he walks upon her sitting at a bar, for example.
