There's really nothing they can do unless there's overwhelming proof there were steroids in his system prior to march 17, 2005.

Still, if he did lie and it is proven, he needs to pay.

Far too many people take testifing to congress as a joke. Granted, most the time it is and nothing will come from the testimony, that doesn't mean people should get away with lieing to them.

i mean more in general. seriously, why did they ever become involved? our tax money being spent on some moronic hearing, that cost us god knows how much money.

plus, didnt he word his little speech so that he couldnt get in trouble?

The only reason I can see for them to get involved is Anti-Trust. Congress still feels like they have some sort of hold over baseball and will take any opportunity to make it known.

I doubt there is much they can do or prove.
