*sigh* You are a confused man. I was not regarding the District Court to my situation. I was discussing Social Security disability claims that were denied at the final level of the Social Security Administration which is the Appeals Council.

I agree, specifically the man pretending to be a 'competent' attorney. I'm wondering if he has all this time because he was disbarred?

Jenn, my advice is to stay out of the WPT forum. Generally nothing good comes out of here. MTT is where you should be...

I have already seeked legal counsel.

Do you make many egregious grammatical errors?

Don't go to law school if you can't even conjugate the past tense of a verb correctly. "Sought" not "seeked".

By the way, I am just overwhelmed by your brilliance.

On another note, very little of my practice involves meeting with clients. I meet with clients maybe twice a week. The rest of the time I am busy researching and writing on real property issues for them.

My main point was that you have no case. You may indeed have sought out legal counsel, but most of the people perusing this thread have probably realized by now that you have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

And you didn't address my other points:

For example, I am still eagerly waiting to find out where the "U.S. District Third Circuit for Social Security Disability Claims" is located. Your explanation above is insufficient.

And if you knew anything about real property law you would realize that there is very little litigation involved in it compared to other specialties like, say, social security disability claims.

So, where is the U.S. District Court Third Circuit?

You won't be able to find it, because it doesn't exist.

You can dance around the issue all you want by claiming that the only board you were referencing was the SSA appeals council, but that still doesn't explain the fact that you referenced a District Appeals court.

Let's try this again, Jennicide:

There are federal district courts.

There are federal circuit courts(appellate courts).

There are NO federal district circuit courts.

Maybe you should have "seeked" out different attorneys.

I am an attorney, mainly specializing in real estate law, but also having a solid background in copyrights(I know more than you do, anyway).

Hmm....Quite a mature man must I point out as well.

Yet another error. And you question my competence? Please. You don't want to play this game with me.

Not busy enough?

I am finding it quite amusing how much energy you are putting into this. Sad man.
