Not sure how funny these are to others, but they made me LOL for real at the time.

Stars PLO game, a french player just puts some ridiculous beat on a guy as french players tend to do in this game. Swedish player begins arguing with him, it goes back and forth for a while until swede finally ends it with "Go eat a frog like you do in france."

If that doesn't strike you as funny, say it aloud with a swedish accent.

Then, later in the day, the big PLO game on stars, there is a player who's name I cannot remember, but his picture is that of a pistol. He is hammering away, winning many pots uncontested, betting constantly. He is destroying the table, when a french player types "He play poker like he really IS a gun"

Again, repeat aloud, with french accent to humorous effect. Now repeat it at your local cardbarn when some young tough wins two pots in a row.

Not to defend the old guy's philosophy, but it's a terrible deal that the Rice kid offered. No way should the old guy accept.

LOL

The funniest thing I hear at the table on a regular basis is I call. You should see some of the crap people will be holding while saying that.

Other funny ones: thanks to all the asian players in AC....

Don't ever change that picture by your name, or I'll kick your @$$ out the window.

If someone said this in a poker game, I don't see the humor.

This is not really a line, but it is something that was said during a 3/6/12 game at Harrah's in Lake Charles, LA. I think it's funny.

A few players were asking the dealer to explain the details of exactly what hands qualify for the bad beat jackpot. We were at a full table, the flop just came down A-T-T, then the dealer gave them some examples of what would be a qualifying bad beat in this particular situation. A large dumb jock type who seems to be wanting to show everyone his card knowledge asks a question in a very serious and loud manner. His question was "so what happens if two players are holding AA?" (Keep in mind that there was an A on the flop.) Someone said "that's not possible." The large man just didn't understand why this wouldn't qualify for the bad beat jackpot. Well, the dealer wanted to end the guy's embarrassment, so he flat out told him "sir, there are only four aces in a deck." The large man turned red and left the table shortly thereafter.

If you don't think this is funny, then it's just one of those things where "you just had to have been there."

Hi All ,

This just happened Saturday. Older guy Jerry sits down at the table as we are starting a new game. He is a big time regular at Lucky Chances. This morning he's wearing a Scoutmaster's cap. Mike the dealer looks over at him and comments on the hat. Jerry replies he didn't even know what the " logo " stood for, his son just gave it to him recently , your the fourth person to tell me this and so on...

Player to my right:

" Oh, I thought you were working on your gambling merit badge "

I was making a comment about lowroller's picture for 2+2. It is one of Dave Chappell dressed as Rick James. It's just a very funny skit from a very funny show. I was just trying to tell him I like the picture and loc:
