Its called sleep paralysis. [/ QUOTE ] I used to get this quite often, but it hasn't happened in months. For those who haven't experienced it, you wake partially from a deep sleep, but you can't move a muscle or make a sound. You are fully aware of this and it is very unpleasant. One thing I found I could control is my breathing, so the best way to get out of it is to breathe harder and faster until the motion and noise wakes you up fully. |
