If you really start to dig the Jam Bands you can dive into , Disco Biscuits, Moe, Govt Mule and Medski Martin and Wood as well as about 20 others I can't name but rock. [/ QUOTE ] ditto on the Martin Modeski and Woods -great band. You can download their shows from Archive.org or Etree.org some "electronica" recommendations.... am I the only one on this entire 2+2 community who likes this stuff???? Pole Folder - Zero Gold --- best electronic "artist" album in the past few years - definitely check it out. Sasha and Digweed - Northern Exposure North/South - all time classic progressive house music mix - Nothing comes close to this mix in terms of quality - will never be topped Balance 005 - James Holden - pixie trance master's trippy mix Everything But the Girl - Back to Mine - DJ mix of their favorite songs - perfect mellow music. Richard Dorfmeister - Richard Dorfmeister Presents A Different Drummer Selection ---great mellow DJ mix of reggae tunes from one of the best downtempo artists around LTJ Bukem - Logical Progression - the all time classic drum and bass album |

[ QUOTE ] Hardcore: Cro Mags- The Age Of Quarrel Integrity- Humanity Is The Devil Killing Time- Brightside [/ QUOTE ] Brightside and Age of Quarrel are classics. But you have to be kidding me with Humanity is the Devil. Those Who Fear Tomorrow is what Integrity is all about. It is a hardcore classic and makes Humanity is the Devil look like a pile of steaming dung. [/ QUOTE ] Vocal Test! Hollow! Psychological Warfare! > Micha In my humble opinion. So far we have Magic, poker, and hardcore in common. What is next? |
