it became apparent to me and several other regulars that in the NL game you want players to buyin with red chips instead of white ones because people are far more likely to push their stacks in the middle if they are using reds than whites.

therefore i deem that pinks are better than whites.

The kids I was going up with all have backed out for the whole week and plan on only going for a day trip but I want to be there for the week. Drop a PM or respond here if you want to split a room.

I would be willing to split but wouldn't be able to give you a definite time frame. I'm only bringing a certain amount with me and if I bust the first day I'm gone.. if this works with you, let me know..

fwiw, i'll be wearing either a titleist hat or a red sox one. if allowed, i'll be listening to my ipod.

i'm tall ( 6'3), thin, pretty white and will be playing something between 10-20 and 15-30. i also hope to squeeze in a round of golf with drG and possibly another friend. if anyoen possibly wants to fill out this foursome, let me know.

i'm not extremely familiar with the area, but tomorrow is my birthday so i'd be quite willing to pay for a nice round of golf ( usually i play on the cheaper courses in my area).

i think there are 2 courses at turning stone and i'm pretty willing to plya at either ( or both, depending on my mood/ how i'm running at poker )
