[ QUOTE ]
Guys, I don't mean to give you crap. I'm not a real experienced NLH player. But I've got a book at home (SSII?)that specifically warns against raising in last position with a pair of aces and the nut flush draw.

[/ QUOTE ]

Do you mean pocket aces and a montone board? Or do you mean a pair with 2 to the flush on the board.

Spider-Man hint #9093943: bring a mirror with you to the casino, if you're wondering if you have the best hand, whip it out (the mirror!) and take a look into it. Hopefully your opponent's don't pick this up as a "tell" that you have top pair.

lol

It's a horrible play either way. Why is K2 more afraid of the A2 just because the A fell? He's waaay behind either way.

Poker no longer a man's game...?

All sexism aside, fellas, but when 50% of the top players are female, then you can say that.

Fatboy is the guy in the 2 seat, and he gave himself that nickname.

"Poker is no longer a man's game" has to be one of poker's great cliches.

You hold AJ[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Flop: A, 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

In limit don't you always bet this on the button? Disguises your draw better, and more likely to get payed off it hits.
