Hey, if you can live with yourself listening to a lame poseur as one of your only 25 songs for the rest of your life, more power to you. But you can't claim that your list "wins."

When picking my list I didnt sit around thinking about the image of each artist/band. Rather I just picked 25 songs that I enjoy on my playlist. And whether or not you think she's a "lame poser" the girl can sing and makes some decent music.

P.S. Post your top 25 so I can pick it apart

I'm seeing a few Stone roses references out there (Sheriff Fatman and others).

I really was into them HUGE in college. It's likely that the only reason I'm not adding them to my list is because I listened to them SO much...over and over and over...that I finally wore-out on them.

This is the One and I am the Resurrection are solid selections though.

I'm sure I have songs that I'd be embarrased to admit that I like. My problem wasn't so much that you had an Avril song, but that you claimed that a list with an Avril song "wins", better than any other list out there. I find this invalid.

As far as my top 25 list? I agree with the above poster who said if I have to only have 25 songs, I'd rather not listen to music. Also, it would probably take me just as long as it took you to come up with a top 25.

Crimson and Clover and Is She Really going Out With Him. Both fantastic in their own right! Damn, can...only...choose...25!

By the way, if you're a JOe Jackson fan, did you know he is touring with Todd Rundgren?
