Actually what he sais was "I am not a paid consultant to Olympic Sports". He did not say he wasn't a paid consultant to Pokerworld.

Depending on how things are set up the above is probably a true statement, even if he is a consultant for Pokerworld. Assuming he is a consultant for Pokerworld he works for, and is paid by, the subsidiary (Pokerworld) and not the parent organization (Olympic Sports).

It all depends on what your definition of is is.
