I took it to mean that the green line represents some extrapolation of how much we should win on average given our specific hand distribution and average number of opponents (it ignores their actual hands). Accordingly, being significantly below the green line is some combination of bad luck and bad play -- probably signficiant bad luck in your case given all the little "bad luck"s.

Frankly, I'm not sure what to think about all this.
