Default Re: Getting to the bottom of empire account closures

"The people who have multiple accounts on one site deserve to have their accounts closed and funds frozen. Whether that site is Empire or any other poker site."

Bullsh+t. I deserve exactly what I can get away with.

I'm risking a bankroll in order to scoop up an extra bonus or two. Risk VS reward, simple as that.

'Course I have 3 computers, half a dozen funding options, two ISPs and zero guilt.

Oh, and both Empire accts are good to go. One is strictly whoring only, never played a single extra hand except when clearing bonii. If that goes, I'll understand.

You completely contradict yourself.

You are violating their terms of agreement, and when you do this, they are well within their rights to take money from all your accounts. It says so right on the dotted line you signed.

"Risk VS reward, simple as that.". What you are RISKING is the fact that your account may be closed. You should understand this, since you are breaking the ToA.

What you are saying is that you should be able to do anything you want, w/o repurcussion. this is laughable.

What's this $10 penalty everyone's talking about?

[/ QUOTE ]

IIRC last month they dumped an extra $10 x50 or x20 or something like that on certain users. They stacked it before the reload, so the reload was something like 1200 hands for 110 for some people.

pretty sure my numbers are wrong but that's the idea.

Has it been confirmed that these are the people getting their accounts frozen?

First line of my post: " I deserve exactly what I can get away with. "

someone may have hit on this but I do find the fact that this is coupled with a software upgrade a little unnerving.

[/ QUOTE ]
What software upgrade? I've been playing on pokernow and eurobet recently and don't remember an upgrade. Was this empire only? Or have I just forgotten about it?
