I made my SuperBowl bonus deposit this morning around 7:30 EDT. The bonus detail page shows that I have a full 72 hours to clear it -- until 7:30 am on Feb. 9. That gives a few more hours of time to clear the bonus.

I was just told my 4am-7am hands wont count. No big deal for me as I don't have a job or life.

The support conversation went something like this,

me 'I see I didn't get credited with the superbowl bonus'
sonja 'I've gone ahead and credited it to your account'
me 'I played for 3 hours, those hands will count right?'
sonja 'no, you need to play 1000 raked hands'
me 'I understand that, but I played for 3 hours this morning'
sonja 'i see that, but I just gave you the bonus now'
me 'thanks'

I deposited shortly after midnight, got no bonus, emailed support and got the same response of "problems with server, please just start playing and the hands will count ...".

I did another deposit this morning using the code again and the bonus showed up right away. So if you deposited right after midnight and got no bonus but you have a spare $200, try making another deposit.
