Update at 4th break:
I'm at 11210, average is 17500. 130 spots pay, 149 people left. Blinds will be 750/1500 when we return and I'm a few spots away from them. PS 95 people left in the $109 tourney that I'm also in. |

Not too fond of your line with AK when jayargh went all-in. Why not bet the turn?
edit - or push pf? |

very interesting situation. I have about 9000 in SB, which is 750. I get AKos. Small stack of 2500 pushes..of course, I'll call, but heres the kicker- A big stack calls. Obviously I don't want to tangle with him. I decide to call, push if A or K comes. Check/fold if not. Flop comes rags..check, check. Turn is an A. I fear that he has two pair or something else. I decide to check, but call if he bets. We end up checking it down. Big stack had 33. Shortstack had KJ. Anyone think I was too passive after the ace came? We're only 6 spots from money and we've been playing for 4+ hours, so keep that in mind. I'd love some criticism here. |

[/ QUOTE ] I didn't re raise preflop because I feared a pocket pair, which was exactly what he had(I don't want to risk that wehn I'm an underdog). I'm open to criticism on my post flop play(see below). |
