If a movie has already been mentioned, is it automatically in (unless deemed not a comedy)? OR, do the movies that get mentioned the most get in, and those the rest don't even make it to the first ballot?

Dumb And Dumber Fletch The Jerk Wayne's World Clerks Happy Gilmore Office Space Caddyshack American Pie That said, I hope we don't suffer from the same "Older is Better" bias that baseball fans, music aficionados, and movie buffs all fall prey to.

Have you seen Heathers? How could it possibly be categorized as anything but a comedy? Same with Being John Malkovich.
