I can look back over my right shoulder while running easier than my left. Never played football, but played plenty of Ultimate in college and always covered the deep guys or played last back in the zone.

[/ QUOTE ] That was me through highschool... captain of all my sports teams (soccer basketball baseball) and an active particiapant in gym class.. i eat a good amount, just never could gain weight. Recentyl though i'm just a lazy lazy bastard, nothing active for the past few months, and still no weight gain.

I got up to 200 lbs when I went back to college a few years ago (through not exercising, eating fast food 3 times a day and drinking heavily). I'm holding at 180 lbs now (but there's more muscle now than there was when I was 200). I have to play badminton 3 days a week, and play soccer twice a week to stay at this weight. Otherwise I'm sure I'd balloon back up. When you're young you can get away with eating crap and being inactive. Eventually it catches up to you, though.
