I will stick something in the next version about AM's spreadsheet.
Putting the spreadsheet in the FAQ itself poses obvious format difficulties. Plus AM may not want it in there. I might ask the moderators if they want to make it sticky when it is a little more complete. Of course they are welcome to make it sticky whenever they like, but I wouldn't like to ask until it was in a slightly more complete state. Tim |
