A lot of bad things can happen if you raise the turn here, such as:

1) Player 1 three bets, and you have to fold what is probably a clean four outer, which is a shame.

2) Player 1 calls the raise, and then blocks/value bets the river for 1/2 pot or so with KQ or a set of 222s. This will happen a lot and will result in a bigger pot than the alternative line, which is to call the turn, and then call the river.

It's also worth noting that the raise here isn't large enough to narrow the field. Player 1 isn't going anywhere. Player 2 probably has correct odds to draw.
