Dude, he wants to get his money in there. He came into the hand with 650 chips and mini-raised to 80 on the flop. Two draws out there, you've likely got the best (but very vulnerable) hand. I push to his mini re-raise on the flop. No need to get cute here.

So why doesn't he raise more to protect it? Perhaps I am giving him too much credit, but I don't think this adds up. Don't you think he's just on a draw and is making a limit raise for the free card? I agree that my bets on flop and turn should have been larger. |

The point is that the pot is large, your hand is vulnerable but very likely the best at the moment. Push after his raise and either take the pot or get your money in while you still have the best hand. |
