The problem is more that it looks like you're splitting at best..
I like checking in this spot and folding to a pot bet, calling something reasonable and then blocking river. |

Bet that $40 preflop. With a raiser in front and the Button left to act it would be nice to steal the Button here. This hand is going to play a lot easier if you have position.
