Ok about the continuation bet here.... I dont think that is a great board to do it on. There are 2 high cards on the board. I like to continue bet on flops like 2-6-Q There is only 1 high card on that board and there is a lack of gutshots and stuff people can call with.

One thing about continuation bets that I firmly believe is that the amount matters a lot less than people think. If villian has nothing he is not gonna call. If he has something he is.

I'm going to disagree. Continuation bets are more effective when you have the pot heads up and the c-bet on the flop is large. You'll force out some marginal hands and some better hands (sometimes).

I make a continuation bet around 90% of the time I raise pf and see a flop hu. Villain could have a small pp or a sc or something else he called with. In this case you even have 4outs to the nuts and plenty of other outs that might be good.
