[holding nose]Ugh.[/holding nose] Your ace and ten outs are terrible. You need a queen, jack or diamond (preferably a combination of two!) to continue on the turn. [/ QUOTE ] I noted the ten was probably dirty. An ace is bad only if BB has A/K. Possible, perhaps even probable, but not definite. |

Re: Was this wimpy????
the pacific .25/.5 plays like play money games. anyway, i would peel the flop. not only do you have a backdoor flush draw, but you also have a backdoor straight draw and a runner runner trips draw. the pot is gigantanormous and worth seeing a turn. you can always fold if it is a brick.

Re: Was this wimpy????
GRUNCH
I would raise here. It is still the flop so you are only risking one big bet and it will give you a lot of information about your opponents. First of all it will probably knock out anybody else who is on a draw, and it quite possibly could freeze the BB, giving you either a chance to bluff or a free card. I put the big blind on either a decent pair, JJ QQ, or the AK. If you are re-raised or donked then you know for sure to get out. |
