Looks like a clear call based on the strength of the hand, plus his raise to $200 looks like it doesn't want action, it wants folds.
When people say things like "if you have kings you should call", more often than not they're telling the truth. If he had aces, he would be afraid that saying something like that might induce a fold. However, if you find yourself confused by the table talk, the best thing is just to ignore it, pretend it didn't happen, and evaluate just based on size of bets. |

Refer to HOH (can't remember if it was I or II), it describes this very scenario and also explains why you should NOT be making this laydown.
